      The consequences of attempting to deal with stresses on our mind and abuses of our body result in:

-       More advanced effects are chronic depression, ADHD, autism, schizophrenia, and suicide.

      When we hold onto a negative emotion from childhood (E.g. a trauma or significant event) - that negative energy locks into the associated organ/gland compromising its “healthy” frequency.

      Negative (heavy) thoughts - are connected with fear, lack-mindedness, suffering, and pain.  Negative thoughts cause a person to conjure thoughts which trap one into negative perceptions of their reality. 

 

1.          Continuously comparing yourself to others.

2.          Contentment with suffering and prolonged states of pain

3.          Identifying oneself based on toxic habits and toxic relationships

4.          Practicing escapism

5.          Reinforcing negative perceptions through toxic self-talk and literally looking for to prove the actuality of one’s negative perceptions.

6.          Fantasizing rather than visualizing

 

      Positive (lighter) thoughts - are connected with beauty, consciousness, love, peace, and order.  These lighter thoughts lead to high vibrational frequency subconscious tendencies such as:

1.          Finds self-worth in one’s true and authentic self.

2.          Lives by and through inspiration.

3.          Knows, feels, and accepts the eternal connection to God, the Source of All Creation

4.          Develops his or her Visionary Insight

5.          Reinforces the positive perception that “all things work together for good.”

6.          Visualizes and focuses energy and attention towards his or her vision of purpose in life.

      Positive thoughts raise our frequency by 10 MHz. - negative thoughts lower it by 12 MHz.
