Ringworm it's a fungal skin infection - it is not a worm - here's how to treat it at home

Ringworm Treatment

What is ringworm?

First - It is NOT a worm!

Ringworm is a mold (fungus) anywhere on the skin that shows as a red, scaly patch, typically with a raised, bumpy ring around its outer borders.  On the scalp it may flake off,  feel sore to the touch and/or cause a patch of hair to fall out.

It can feel a little itchy.

•    Alternatively, in the palm of your hand, put a few drops (about a dime-sized area) off carrier oil  (e.g. coconut or olive oil)  and thoroughly mix in ONLY 1 DROP of liquid GSE with your finger. Rub mixture into affected area. Use twice daily and continue for a while after symptoms have disappeared to ensure skin fungi has died. Prevent spreading by treating all areas simultaneously.
