How to remove cutaneous warts
Wart may regrow after it has been removed since they are
caused by a virus, which can retreat to its dormant form.
Transdermal Ozone - powerful therapy to remove warts if you
have an ozone generator. Apply ozone
once/day (20-30 mins) for a week or two. Alternatively use ozonated olive oil.
Ozone Therapy
A review of 52
clinical trials of various cutaneous wart treatments concluded:
- Best supported
topical treatments contained salicylic acid (available OTC, similar to active
ingredient in aspirin: acetylsalicylic acid ) - with average cure rate of 75%, compared with 48% for the placebo in six
placebo-controlled trials including a total of 376 participants. Involves
cleaning the area, applying the acid, and removing the dead skin with a pumice
stone or emery board over time.

- Little evidence
of a significant benefit of
cryotherapy over salicylic acid or duct tape.

Silver nitrate -
as a caustic
pencil. In a placebo-controlled study of 70 patients, silver nitrate given over
nine days resulted in clearance of all warts in 43% and improvement in warts in
26% one month after treatment compared to 11% and 14%, respectively, in the
placebo group. The instructions must be followed to minimize staining of skin
and clothing. Occasionally pigmented scars may develop.

Garlic - tape a small
piece of garlic over the wart for about half an hour. Burns where the wart is.
Repeat a few more times and they will turn and pieces of the wart willdrop off over the next few days.
Garlic pills! (Odorless) :) You can get them at
Walmart/walgreens/cvs pharmacy's.
Take one a day for about 2-3 weeks. You will notice the wart flaking off in
about 7 days! Garlic is known to kill viruses. It gets into the blood stream and
kills it by boosting the immune system.
ACV - Soak a cotton ball in ACV and tape it
against the GW. Shouldn't burn. After a day it turns a greyish/whitish color and
later . Continue applying acv on the warts after they turned for 4-5
days and they will begin to peel off
100% TCA Acid Kit - buy on ebay. Both TCA and BCA are caustic agents that destroy warts by
chemical coagulation of proteins. Although these preparations are widely used,
they have not been investigated thoroughly. TCA solutions have a low viscosity
comparable with that of water and can spread rapidly if applied excessively;
therefore, they can damage adjacent tissues. A small amount should be applied
only to the warts and allowed to dry before the patient sits or stands, at which
time a white frosting develops. If pain is intense, the acid can be neutralized
with soap or sodium bicarbonate. If an excess amount of acid is applied, the
treated area should be powdered with talc, sodium bicarbonate (i.e., baking
soda), or liquid soap preparations to remove unreacted acid. This treatment can
be repeated weekly, if necessary.
Cut off its air supply
with New Skin (liquid bandage) - paint it on, leave
for several days, rip it off and repaint. Cheap and painless, doesn't burn the
surrounding skin.
Sea salt soaks - soak wart in a little cup of water with sea salt for about 5-10 minutes.
Repeat each day and within days it'll
be gone.
Zinc oxide cream
(for nappy rash) +
Castor oil - apply three times a day. Warts are gone within a week.
