Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE) for Human Ears / Nose / Throat (ENT) Please read: Warnings If skin is irritated, add more oil or water, or less GSE to the recommended amounts. Stay below the irritation level. Recommended number of drops are given for MAXIMUM available strength Citricidal® Liquid (60% grapefruit extractives (quaternary compound) and 40% vegetable glycerine) 1 drop MAXIMUM strength Citricidal® Liquid contains 33mg GSE. 4 drops of MAXIMUM strength Citricidal® Liquid Is equivalent to 12 drops NutriBiotic® GSELiquid Concentrate (i.e. 3 times as many drops).
COUGHS / HOARSENESS / LARYNGITIS	Mix 2-3 Drops in 1-cup lukewarm water. Gargle several times a day. Add 50 drops GSE to a home-made cough remedy: 1 ½ oz each raw honey and raw apple cider vinegar and ½ oz vegetable glycerine. Shake before use. Take 1 Tbsp. 3 times daily until cough clears up.
PHLEGM / MUCOUS REMOVAL	Mix 1-3 drops in 1-cup water and gargle deeply using very little water mixture at a time, repeat several times and drink the rest slowly.
EAR RINSE / EARACHES	Mix 1-3 drops with 1 oz. vegetable glycerin or alcohol (or 50/50). Apply 1-2 drops of mixture in affected ear, as often as needed. Do Not use full strength in ears.

Take 1 Tbsp. 3 times daily at the onset of chronic bronchitis. Cough should clear up within a few days. GSE has been successfully used in a nebulizer to heal lung and bronchial infections. Some have had symptoms unaffected by doctor-prescribed antibiotics, disappear in less than a day.Use 1 drop GSE in 1 oz saline water in nebulizer.
SINUSITIS / NASAL RINSE	Mix 1 drop with ¾ cup water. With the head tilted back fill each nostril with an eyedropper full of mix. Drop head forward and down (head is upside down) to force solution up into nasal passages. Return head to normal position and allow nasal passages to drain. Do not inhale during this process.Always Dilute.
SORE THROAT / TONSILLITIS / STREP THROAT / SWOLLEN GLANDS (Lymph inflammation)	Stir 2 drops in 3oz or more of water and gargle several times, or as often as needed. Always Dilute. Increase dose if necessary.
